Rihanna announces UK tour
Rihanna has announced details of a UK arena tour set for May 2010.
The string of 8 dates will begin in Birmingham on 7 May before concluding in Glasgow. The 21-year-old singer launched her latest album Rated R with a gig in Brixton, London last month where she was joined on stage by Jay-Z.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday 11 December.
Released on 23 November, Rated R, the singer’s fourth studio album reached number 16 in the UK charts and 4 in the US Billboard top 200. The album was, in part, produced by British drum 'n' bass duo Chase N Status.
